Yes H Rajesh Kumar. Vegetables should still make almost 50% your diet, by volume. And the corollary of that is, if veggies make 50% of your food volume, the other 50% will be animal products.
It's only a rough guide. I prefer meat, so my diet will be meat heavy 75:25
Equaling the mass is easy. Take a plate. A big one. Half of it should contain meat/fish/eggs/dairy and the other half should be leafy, or fibrous vegetables.
Also,you're trying to equalise volume. Not calories.
