Thanks for the update Mohnish. I would definitely like to attend the 4 wheelers category as a spectator. Do we have something like SSS here as well?

Its not a rally Aditya, is going to be close to an autocross from what I am guessing, will post more details as I get them. Also I am not sure if I am taking part.

Oh my bad. Looking at the pic, I thought its a rally. I will still be thr and cheer for you if you are participating. Thank you and pls keep us updated.

Entry
Entry fees for each class is Rs.1000/- for FOUR WHEELERS & Rs.750 /- for TWO WHEELERS only participants can take part in any number of classes.
A CAR MAY BE USED TO A MAXIMUM OF TWO DRIVERS INDIVIDUALLY BY PAYING INDIVIDUAL ENTRY FEES (IN SHORT, A CAR CAN COMPETE ONLY TWICE IN THE EVENT)
FMSCI License fee for four wheelers will be in addition to the entry fee. This is only applicable to the participants not possessing FMSCI Competition License.
All remittances must be payable to getiton and all bank drafts, postal orders; money orders must be crossed as A/C Payee only. The organizers reserve the right not to accept any cheque. Entry fee can also be paid in cash.

ENTRANTS OBLIGATIONS
1. Driver’s vehicle documents
2. Every driver should be holder of a currently valid riding license and a valid FMSCI competition
License (minimum requirement is Club sport license for Autocross / Hill Climb @ Rs.550/=)
3. Driving licenses, registration, valid insurance and taxation books for vehicles must be produced for inspection before pre-event scrutiny.
4. A letter of authorization for use of vehicle must be produced from the owner in case he is not the driver.
5. If the entrant is not the driver, the driver nominated on the entry form shall be deemed to be his agent, whenever an entrant or competitor is referred to in these regulations, this shall also mean the agents, if appropriate.

VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT

All drivers must wear crash helmets, which are ISI approved or meet International Standards. Wearing of seat belt is mandatory.COMPETITORS IN POSSESSION OF RALLY SUITS & GEAR ARE REQUESTED TO PARTICIPATE IN FULL GEAR TO MAKE THE EVENT COLOURFUL.

Memo is taking part in todays Rally Cross.

Anup, Biju, Sameel, Tadu and myself will be going to watch the thingy. Anyone interested can join us. The venue is very close to the Bannerghatta national park. On your way you will find AMC Engineering College on your left. Within a km from this college on the right hand side you should find the venue. Its tough to miss it.

After a really long time, we all woke up nice and early. Biju, Sameel, myself were up by 6am. And as usual, someone had to go and screw it all up. This time it was Anup who managed to doze up till 8am with his phone switched off . He was supposed to be at my place at sharp 7am.

So we left home at around 9:30am and reached the venue on time.
