Try walking into YOUR car rather than crawling. For me walking is always best ---GURU SHISHIR
Liva is very roomy and spacy.. The rear seat can seat 3 big adults comfortably, I doubt the Brio would be as big![]()

Dai!!!
Brio is the better car without doubt.
Ford Fiesta 1.6 (2010),
Ford Fusion+ TDCi (2010),
Trek 3500 (2012)
In France or Belgium till march 20.
the people who adviced you are really misinformed.
Liva doesn't need much maintenance, its a Toyota, what else do you want ?
Brio is a city car and its safety is not underrated..Its a Honda, they make cars after hours of designing, research and thought, well which company doesn't..
If a car sells in India in fair numbers its good enough to warrant that its a good car..
Brio, has a good engine package, handles well, quite light on steering, good mileage, VTEC , fresh design, made by the gods of Petrol engine (Honda).
Liva on the other hand has a better space and creature comfort package, similar steering, similar mileage, design chopped of a full size etios sedan, made by Gods of indestructable engines.. (Watch Toyota Hillux Torture on TopGearBBC)..
Like I always suggest, rather than only looking at the specs online, do a actual test drive, If you like it, buy it..![]()

I think we are splitting hair. Both the cars are excellent, with a low cost of ownership (yes service costs are lower than Hyundai, for sure). The exact selection depends on your preference, usage, quality of A$$, etc. I expect the Brio to be somewhat more frugal - all Honda's have class leading fuel economy. The Toyota may have better grunt at lower revs.
Drive carefully, the life you save may be your own.
Honda Civic V AT (2010), Honda Brio V AT 2012
Hyundai Accent GLS, 2003; Hyundai Santro AT (2005)
