IIRC there will no iOS6 support for iPod 3rd generation (which u r currently using). Why would you want to keep your 3rd generation and sell brand new 4th generation?

My advice would be to keep 4th generation to enjoy iOS6 which is due for public release shortly - just a thought

Thanks a ton for your suggestion my friend but i use my iPod exclusively for music and nothing else. The 3rd gen serves my purpose. For everything else, i've my Galaxy tab.
