this is not a concept anymore. it is full fledged production model being sold as a Toyota FT 86, Scion FR-S as well as as a Subaru BRZ.

My friend, while I have no intentions to argue on this point, I'd certainly like to point out that the post in the link you sent was in sep 2011. Toyota launched this car early this year.

I correct myself..it is now called Toyota GT86 not FT86.

Thanks a lot for your patience and information. What I understand from the article is that there was an initial FT86 concept. Before coming out with the production version of the concept, Toyota came out with FT86 II concept.
Now from the information you have provided, there is a Toyota GT 86 in production.
The production car could have been from either of the above mentioned concepts.
May be a separate thread could be created for the production version GT86.
