Distt. Kangra in Himachal Pradesh is known as abode of Goddesses. It has three Shakti peeths namely Jawalamukhi , Brijeshwari Devi and Chamunda Devi. Apart from these, there are various temples of deities spread across the distt. There is also a temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva which was built in 1204 A.D, located at Baijnath.
In 2011, we did a pilgrimage to these places. Would like to share some of the pics from this trip.

Yeah, some Passenger trains run between these two stations, however advance reservation is not possible for the same. This train route is quite popular among local population and rail enthusiasts.
