At that price its daylight robbery.
Seems they are not really interested in selling it.
Not sure if its something to do with Govt. policies or the manufacturer's goof up.

Not sure how many more years it would take for HM-Mitsubishi to learn a lesson, already their monthly sales have come down to double digit and still they want to take a risk by launching such a expensive car for a VFM market like India.
Either HM doesn't want to come out with a new car other than Ambassador or Mitsubishi want to try anything else apart from the age old Lancer. Long live their relationship for no cause.

Guys, everyone need to understand the point that it's our government officials who are playing a big part in this.
they need more money to fund their super rich khadi lifestyle.
I know everyone on the forum is aware of the 120% import duty on CBU vehicles.
so if a vehicle costs Rupees 20L abroad add 25L as import duty - this gets you to the grand total of 45L ex showroom.
Till the govt does nothing about this the car manufacturers cannot do anything.
technically for every BMW, Porsche, Audi, Lamborghini etc you are paying for 2 cars and getting 1.
