      Found some evidence to the headlight issue in this video, I have the same set of lights.




      If this is true, I am in for a BCM replacement and would request fellow owners from getting these for their cars.

      After the service the car is running fine, no over heating or loss of coolant, AC works fine. Did a 500KM run from Trivandrum to Trissur and back, it performed well. The headlights were fine for some time then they started acting up again, I have planned to take it to the headlight shop this Saturday. Work done on the car during last service:

      Changed the Radiator
      Changed oil and oil filter
      Changed the timing belt
      Changed the V Belt Tensioner
      Total bill was 31490
      Labor was 1500 rest was parts cost, with radiator being the biggest cost contributor.

      Did you manage to repair the headlight. I think it is a BCM issue. My right indicator always stays on these days and the chevrolet dealer says it is a BCM issue. They want 46000 for the repair.

      I didn't get it repaired, the option they gave me is to get it bypassed, my problem was temporarily sorted when the BCM was reprogramed, then it went back to old issue after some time, I suspect its the BCM, however my research on the interwebs has pointed me towards a common problem with the fuse box and replacing it should solve the problem.

      There are two options are available in Dexron VI - Total and Liqui Moly. I used Total ATF which is approved by Chevrolet

      OE, got the ATF changed, however the car feels very sluggish after the ATF change(is it normal?). I have to get the air filter checked/changed.
