Hey guys.
I am still a layman in this detailing field. And this RW and WW confusing me alot.
What I know is that in WW we use lots of MFs damped in the solution and then wipe panel by panel. Water is needed only in making the solution.
In RW we need water but very less compared to traditional wash, as no rinsing is required.
And in this thread I read that both can be used interchangeably depending on the dilution ratio.
Can anybody please elaborate this, also which of them is good, VFM for QD...![]()
You may wish to refer to the detailing section of the forums and especially the below thread

and especially the post - QD being good for Garage queens and rinseless being safer for daily driven cars. The dirt on the car will warrant the order.

Guys please put some more light on this.... #detailing
Waterless wash is more or less a QD. Use it when there is light dust (not dirt).
Rinseless wash is good when the car has light dirt (no trace of mud). How dirty is too dirty to safely use a rinseless wash? - Auto Geek Online Auto Detailing Forum
Both are not replacements to traditional shampoo wash. Read the above thread, understand its limitations and follow proper technique. If you over do rinseless/waterless, swirls begin to appear rather quickly.

I had a chance to try out another waterless wash concentrate manufactured in India-
GreenDuck Waterless Wash
Cleans and Protects at one step.
Just Spray - wipe and buff the excess off using a soft microfiber cloth.
Contains added % carnauba wax although not very sure of the % added.
Dust attraction is far less compared to other Waterless wash concentrates available in the market.
Good Water Beading though not long lasting.
Add a bit of depth to the color of the paint.
My Ratings would be:
Gloss: Decent
Cleaning : Good
Color Enhancement : Decent
Water Beading and Water Sheeting: Good (1 week)
Ease of Use: Excellent
Price - Reasonable

Ps: I have no association with this brand. I purchased just to try.
