Guys who are wanting to go for the UNC R please be aware that there it will require a certain amount of experience / usage conditions in coating application...

so if you have not applied any coatings before please try out the UNC V1 which would be much easier to use or else you use the UNC R as is in full awareness ...but then again Avi what do you say?

If you do want to try out the UNC R, would suggest get a scrap panel or similar and do an application pilot to get the hang of it

personally i want to try out the

      Fabric Coat
      UNC R
      UNC V2

bro, if I like the product, I will buy it. it all comes down whether or not your prices are at par with the other brands like 3M and Meguiars which I regularly buy.
even if you are a tad expensive, it does not matter as long as the product is good.
Godfather try the UNC V1 and V2 combo or V1 and R combo...from the pics of what i have seen of V1 and V2 combo, on a car in decent condition it looks killer!

For the biker boys and fancy alloy wheels, would suggest definetly have a look at the metal coatings also (think its UNC V3?)

not sure if MaxProtect has a distributor for India yet, if not it will be an Import Group Buy am guessing...so whatever the applicable prices, discount will be on top of that

Should we be worried when you are around?

hehe no i guess not...i have one scrap panel, will test it out on that plus knowing and having seeing you work with detailing stuff, i guess you will get it right on the very first go some i have absolute no worries about

but some who may not ever applied a coating, the UNC R may not be the right choice for the first time usage...in such case, a little practice on something which is scrap (panel/extra allo/kitchen steel sink etc) is advised before using on the car...else am afraid we will get a whole bunch of unhappy people cribbing about the product when it was the technique at fault

thats why am suggesting UNC v1 which is much more forgiving and easier to use with equally good results

am waiting for Avi to post the pics or a link to a DW thread where all the cars are showed with products...v1, v2, R are all equally good but when paired they become something superb!

For your consideration guys which one to get...

We done this one last week - brand new M5 in one of the most beautiful blue colours ever mixed!

This was supposed to be an easy one being brand new... With just a few swirls... Till we started doing it and discovered the beauties of the new gen ceramic clear coat...

Rock hard and painful, but after a few passes with Max Protect Black Polish the car was finished with UNCv1 + UNCv2 combo. Then for the icing on the cake, we topped it with Silk Coat the next morning

This is what you get as a result.
