. I planned to take leave if the car event was on 7th, usually less work on Wednesdays. But since it moved to 8th, it was not possible for me to attend

Spent the whole day at Nandi watching cars burn rubber and clutch. And in some cases destroying driveshafts, bumpers and other body parts too. All in all the event was pretty well organized. I have tons of pics and videos.

Too tired to resize and edit them now, so will put them up in the morning. We had to just survive on a bottle of LMN and mineral water all day along with a packet of Lays.

Last I heard a track esteem from Coimbatore clocked the fastest time of the day pipping the 400 odd BHP Supra by 1 sec. Will put up the final results once I get them.

PS: If anyone is going to Nandi in this season, please carry Odomos with you. Nearly every part of my skin that was exposed to the elements had rashes from mosquito bites. We spent more time trying to kill the bloody insects and scratching ourselves than we did trying to shoot cars.

Here is a small video I managed to compile.

The fastest time of the day was clocked by the Red Esteem @ 1:26. The Supra clocked a 1:27. 8 secs into the video TURN UP THE VOLUME of your speakers and listen to the intoxicating sound of the Supra.

The Blue Vtec is the fastest 1600 car in the country running NOS. Clocked a 1:34 and won the 1600 class. In the straights that thing was INSANELY FAST.

Was there any little accidents? The pic of the other Honda in anup's album has a broken bumper.
The blue Honda is of Madhusudan Reddy. I believe both these Honda's are done by Raj.

Sorry guys, have been too busy all day. Will try posting some pics by tomorrow night if not surely on Monday. Going out tonight with friends and should be busy tomorrow getting cars ready for the track day.
