      Hello Friends,

Here are the test shots of snow foam from Proklear SFC and Valet Pro Snow Foam. I have used 10ml solution into 500ml water for each product and vehicle has been washed with clean water between all the tests. MPS (Short for Modified Pressure Sprayer) has pin hole/puncher in the top of suction pipe and nothing else. Details about Foam Nozzle is given here.

As you can see, Valet Pro creates more foam especially on MPS but it doesn't hold longer and dries quickly so its good for prewash only. Proklear SFC has slightly less foam (May be a little more solution or warm water gives better results) but soapy water stays on surface and we can use mitt without the need of additional shampoo mix. I couldn't test cleaning abilities of both products but in previous washing experiences, I think both products are similar. Once dried or buffed, Proklear SFC gives smooth and shiny finish, may be due to wax contents.

      Thanks...
      Best Regards

Yep, its not close to foam you have shown in the video. May be I need to make changes to the pressure sprayer and foam nozzle. I have made 2 pin holes in suction pipe but if I do more, the compressed air will be lost very soon.

BTW; Pics were taken within few sec or while spraying.

The air water mixture looks fine, the pressure coming out looks on the higher side, can you try with 2 layers of mesh for better foaming. Also the nozzle should be open to the max

You are right, when the pressure reduces, there will more foam so I have to pump only few times. At present I'm using cotton mesh that has very tiny holes and may be its stopping some foam. I will find plastic or steel mesh and see if it makes any difference.

I'm satisfied with current results but will try above changes in my next car washing.

      Thanks...

The more mesh stops the pressure the more foam it will generate

Maybe you can try the steel scrub used for washing utensils ( joona ). That was just a small suggestion, hope it helps.

coolash CRACING after reading almost the whole thread and viewing the videos, I felt like the results that you, my brothers achieved are not worth the effort. So I started my search and came across this video. Though the language barrier might be a problem in reading description and comments, but the video has answers for most of your doubts like agitator, air intake, right kind of nozzle etc.

bro, see videos of proklear sfc, proklear has done most of the research for us now and giving out the attachment with his snow foam concentrate. I am not into snow foaming much now. Have seen all videos on snow foaming. Achieved decent foaming too see the second video.
