Today, took my car for a drive noticed there is a sound when i get in or get out of the car. I had raised this as my Service issue when i gave my car @ TASC, the SA told that everything was fine and nothing to worry about, but now am facing the same problem again. Is this because of Suspension to be hard/soft, it needs an overhaul?

It is way too early for you to even think about suspension overhaul.

There is a Kirk sound when any passenger gets in or out, Am taking the car on thursday for check up again. I agree on the overhaul part, but just that my concern over it.

Another issue with the car now, yesterday I took out my car for shopping. The moment i opened the dikki door, its slides down again is it because of the less hydraulic pressure?? Will be taking out to the TASC tomorrow, this should be my last visit to Concorde Dairy Circle. Planning to change it to Mysore Road Concorde.

Yes its due to the hydraulic pressure. but get it checked anyway. if its under warranty then get it replaced.
also Please do not go any where near concorde mysore road. my dicors windscreen is not yet fixed. i would suggest prerana.
