      None.
Cars are not hermetically sealed like Submarines. There are small vents with rubber flaps often built into Rear bumper area (They're well hidden). These Facilitate you to Close doors otherwise doors will not close if cabin is too sealed.

Breathing in cabin is not an issue. You generally ventilate the cabin every time you get in/out or open windows for tolls.
Sealing the cabin vents allows me to Get fresh air AT MY WILL, which will be a clean road by rolling down window slightly rather than having obnoxious stench of cowdung, factory pollute etc always come in due to leaky factory air vents.

If you live in humid area and keep car shut for months at the end, you can always roll down the window ever so slightly and put a cloth on top of it (To prevent mosquitoes etc from going in)

Thanks bhvm, I liked those sealings, smell and dust coming in the cabin is a common issue. Going Kolkata tonight, will be back on 20th, will try to do this DIY then with Laali.

Must say great efforts....Kudos!! The fine dust is actually killer for car interiors and switches.
however one question...in monsoon will it not hamper the visibility due to mist on windshield(inside)....I may be wrong!!

All my cars new or old are having sealed vents. Never had a problem. Just keep AC on. Will report back the result after monsoons.
