I see! Will that not carry any warranty issues and such?

      Vitara Brezza Sound Upgrade

Guys, I don't want to hijack this thread, but here goes:

I finally upgraded my Vitara Brezza Zdi audio system , here in Delhi at Motor Concept.

Most of the equipment was already with me courtesy Gearheads Classifieds and other friends.

the Final result is very loud and infact very bright for my liking .

Here is the Equipment that went in:

Headunit: O.E.: Non touch screen with Bluetooth (Nippon, I guess)

      Line Out: Connection Audison SLI-4

      4- channel amp: Celestra FA475X

      Mono Amp: Pioneer 8601

      Front Components: HAT Unity 61-2

      Rear Coaxials: Morel Maximo 6.5"

Damping on all 4 doors Plus Boot & Boot cover: STP Silver.

      2x OFC wiring 4ga kits

Subs: 2x Rockford Fosgate Punch 8" P2D4-8 woofers, sealed, from my Fortuner.

Plan to either put these in a ported box or get a new 12" Sub.

All in all a great job by MC with no wires showing (as was my primary concern, about this being an O.E. looking Installation), though it took about 6 hrs to install.

Kindly excuse the non serial wise posted photos.

      Cheers!

      1. Change the OEM HU to a Pioneer 2890/5890BT. Without this it would be impossible to control the hi-frequencies.
      2. Ask Aman or his boys to set the XO attenuation level on the tweeters to the least value possible on the HAT XO.
      3. Also you may want to start with reducing the gains a little more if it's too loud.

Sir, AFAIK, HU replacement face plate wasn't available as yet.

      2. The Tweeters are already at -3db setting.

      3. The gains are quiet low, but as one increases the volume on the HU, the brightness, though its not shrill, increases exponentially.

But, I usually drive around at very very sane levels listening to super old oldies, so its okay.

      Thanks

      Rishi

      Hi Rishi,
From the pictures posted looks like the tweeters are at +3 or was this prior to you got them changed.
Please check the crossover settings on the Celestra, If your using the HU's crossover, make sure they are turned off at the amplifier.
      Regards,

Hey car_crazy1400, congratulations on the build. Did you try the same build with a dsp? As it would have given you more control on the tuning part , would be very expensive though.
Can you share the price breakup , as I want to retain the Factory stereo but want to upgrade.
