price for the latest one is close to Rs.2550
Its better to get the Philips extreme vision plus. I am using the same in my polo. The racing vision life is low compared to others.there are you tube videos comparing all these bulbs. Try buying extreme vision plus or bightbreaker unlimited and use for low beams. If found effective buy for high beam too. Else go for the laser or racing vision and can use these as low and the other as high beams.

There is a notion here that fitting expensive bulbs with fancy names will give you super bright lights. I have used the Nightbreaker plus and Extremevision and had to change 2 sets of bulbs in one year. I have gone back to the normal bulbs and there is almost no difference and they last longer.
The relay kit I installed is giving me the bright lights. I get 12,5 volts at the bulb terminals.
Before changing bulbs, its better to measure the voltage by the headlights as your problems might come from low voltage. Check with a voltmeter across the battery terminals first and note the reading. Then check the voltage at the bulbs using the car body as earth. This voltage should be close to your battery voltage and at leat 12 volts. Otherwise the best bulbs wont give you better lights.
Check the earth wire to the bulb with an ohmmeter and there should be no resistance.

Have been using the Extreme vision plus for a year now. I can feel the difference between the stock and philis EV+. EV+ is a little brighter and whiter in light output would say around 30-40% improvement over stock bulbs. This is what i felt. And ofcourse it may not have the life of normal bulbs as the output is higher in those , but i feel its worth the price. But if really needed a improvement use high wattage bulbs with relay kit is the way to go. but i dont want to mess with my warranty.

How do you measure this? Or is it a read out from the box? I agree that the light is whiter but i dont think it makes much of a difference.
Do you know what gauge wires are used on the headlights in cars in India?

In box its written 130% improvement. I felt like 30-40% on night drives. I didnt measure it using any equipment, thats what i felt.

It would say 'up to' 130% brighter. That means a best effort only. If the bulb gives 130% brighter lights, they should say so than promising you a best effort.
Your lights will be as bright as the weakest point in your wiring system that allows the current to pass through.
