Yes. I am not talking about Safari, I am talking about my i20 . Why would you link delay in video streaming to a particular car ?

You can get an Android Flip Out HU from Aliexpress. I've recently installed Pioneer 7550BT in my Storme.

Thats a good option. Do you have a full review of it? Cons and Pros etc. Will love to know more about the install. Thanks for sharing.

Finally bought the reverse parking camera with sensors from TASS. They charged me 7k for the complete setup. If i had opted for just the camera the it would have costed me around 5k.
The system comes with one year warranty which is a good thing.
There was also option of IRVM reverse camera but it was costing around 22k for the setup. The IRVM also have the dimming functionality. But the guys @TASS suggested me to go for the Dashboard mounted one since the fit and finish of the IRVM wont be upto the mark and also there is constant fear of IRVM falling off from socket damaging. Even I thought that the cost for IRVM reverse parking system was not justified and I can buy three dashboard mounted reverse parking system for cost of one IRVM system. So i went in for the dashboard mounted one.
Here are some pics of the same,
The screen is mounted on right of the steering wheel

The sensors come into play when the object is at a distance of 1 meter. Along with display there is audio warning on the distance to object

From 0.4 meter onwards the audio warning starts saying "stop". I have set distance limit for myself @0.5 meter. I do not backup anymore when the distance left is 0.5 meter.
There are total 4 sensors. The camera is mounted below the number plate. there is a dedicated slot for the camera.

Overall system is good. Though there is delay on 2-3 second from the time you slot reverse till the time display comes up on the screen. Sensors are also good anything solid like car concrete is easily detected. Also if there are dense trees or foliage even that gets detected. Serves the purpose and though pricing could have been better. In my opinion should cost 5k with camera and sensors.

      Regards,

I think it may be better to wit a bit, since the new regulation should lead both to surfeit of devices, and price reduction.

hawx, Well after checking out your setup in person, i can definitely say that your's is much better in terms of delay and screen qualify. Your decision to go for the OEM's device, even though its costly paid you off. The delay is very marginal and i guess it was just 1-2 secs .

Ask the person who was day robbed of ₹6.5 for a crap chinese setup which is just so annoying.
