Hi guys, I used to own a 2005 Esteem that I just sold due to lack of parking space. A few months back I had gotten Vogtland lowering springs for my car. They costed me a total of Rs.28000 shipped to my house. It was the last set in India!

Here's my short experience with the springs.

Handling : The car handled like a dream for the 4500 kilometers I had the springs on. It took a week to settle in, roughly about 250-300 kilometers and once settled they were ready to roll. The car could easily take corners at 90-120, also thanking the 15" Upgraded wheel setup. However there were some bottoming out issues which were sorted once I got the fenders rolled at Autopsyche.
Also, thanks to arush for the good advice and the fender setup.

Ride Quality : The ride was harsh at first but then settled a bit, a little bumpy at lower speeds, but settled at higher. Once I learnt how to drive with the springs in the ride for most part was sorted. Also noticing I had 45 profile tires, the ride was decent.

VFM : At that price, and if you want a combo of stance and ride quality I would say definitely, the only issue being they aren't available now afaik. Also, H&R is the only other company which makes springs for the Esteem.
