Planning to buy a Mini SUV - Vitara Brezza or Creta?

We are planning to purchase a new car, Probably a mini SUV / Cross within 11 Lakhs.
      Main Priority:
      1. Diesel Engined
      2. 190+ Ground Clearance
      3. Enough Space to Seat 4-5 Comfortably

      Test Driven:
      1. Hyundai Creta: Lovely car, amazing interiors but overpriced for the feature list. The Creta 1.4 base is close to 11.50 - 12 lakhs approx.

      2. Vitara Brezza: A lot of car for the price, the ZDI+ is priced well and has good enough features, although it has the same 1.3 mill for the Ciaz which is a bit bland interms of power

      3. Scross: Not a Crossover at all, just a glorified hatch with side cladding. Again for the budget i would get the 1.3 diesel mill. Sweet car, lots of space and amazing handling.

Im confused between the jap and the korean!

If anyone has come across problems with these vehicles and can suggest a vehicle i shall try that.

I am also in the same dilemma, but looking for petrol and automatic urban SUV. Creta is really fantastic car but overpriced by almost 2 lakh for top end. Breeza does not come with automatic, so did not test drive. Did you check baleno? Ground clearance appears good. I am yet to test drive it.

For your priorities, I say S Cross would be a good choice to consider.

Why? It has enough space for 5 people to sit, with good leg room in the second row, unlike Brezza, which really has space constraint. Also, I think S Cross is an underrated Cross. I would rate S Cross over Brezza any day.

Take test drives, preferably on the same day of all your short listed cars, and take an informed decision.

      Sorry i forgot to add:
Dad uses the Ferry to work so the bumpers keep scraping.
As much as i love the looks of the scross, it has a big front overhang and i know for sure the bumper wont last a week.

Yes driven the Baleno, honestly i prefer the swifts handling over the baleno. But damn comfy!. Baleno is out of the list for now.

The ecosport is amazing handles like a hatch and is quick, steering is also on point and so is the Ground Clearance. But dad is yet to Test drive the car.
Duster seemed to be very bland with handling. Plus the mileage was disappointing. Overall a lovely car but just not for us.

Also consider TUV300, the mileage may not be as great, but its a proper SUVish whereas Brezza and SUV are both crossovers. TUV now has auto too and is priced very competitively too.

Driving a Brezza for the last 3+ months here.

Power is adequate but may feel a bit low for enthusiastic driving.

The 4 metre length of the car helps a lot in urban situations. Easy parking and maneuvering. Not unstable on the highway too.
