Actually wheel alignment doesnt have much to do with wheels itself, rather deals with wheel positions. But if your wheels are diff sizes/tread levels then there mite be some pulling. So if you get a puncture your balancing might be out. Nothing else.

AGN - Ok That answers my question.

But there is another question in my mind now. I got my Shockers changed last month and the mechanic asked me to do the alignment again. why?
Honk if you want to see my finger!

While braking at speed around say 50-60 kmph the car is pulling towards left side
& today morning also found out that the rear tyres are slowly scraping from inner side....[BTW the rear tyres were already slightly worn out frm inside when I bought the car but I feel Tata - Fiat did not do the work properly]

what could be the issue is it Wheel Alignment?? or the Rear Suspension problem

      plzz Help!!

what does your alignment report say? car pulling left while braking does sound like an alignment issue. did the company people perform tire rotation recently?

tyres were not rotated but they advised my bro to change the rear two tyres soon around 2500kms- 5000kms

Tata ASS just gave us just one bill mentioning parts replaced & their prices...[its just mentioning Front wheel alignment ]
BTW we got the car almost after 1 mnth frm them as they were checking all water leakages . even The Team leader who handled the car said that its take time for them to diagnose the problem & open up old fiats [palios]

we received the car on 29th august 2010 & after that the car has hardly drive for 500 kms

This issue was reported to me in morning by one of the driver[old chap] who came to receive me at station he even said the suspensions could be the culprit for inner wear & tear of the rear tyres

I'll personally go & do W/a on wed. 2nd march & will update

sandynator- Pulling to one side while braking can also be caused by uneven pad wear on one side or even brake dragging on one side. Check that as well. But if stock tyres are scraping on the inside body then could be suspension failure and alignment mite not solve it.

simple- shock's springs are new, not settled down from use like the old one (not always). So the tyre's outer edge will wear fast and alignment done to counter it.

Front camber: Left Camber - -012 Right Camber - 0.00
do you mean -0.12? if so, do you notice pulling to the right, however slight?

also, you should get your rear axle info too. two wheel alignment is a halfassed job. always get all four aligned.

tfs bro I cannot make out what he wrote but i guess its -0.12

Earlier its was slightly pulling towards left side but the left front rim was faulty so replaced with stepney

but I've read that for hatches only front W/A is required...... BTW mine is Fiat Palio 1.2
