You have illustrated an excellent collection. Try for a pure AC sine wave output.

They should be. Get a good brand - not el cheapo.

I use "Belkin F5L071ak200W AC Anywhere and USB Port" for laptop, mobile chargers. I bought it like 4 years ago for 2k. As per specification, It can handle upto 200w AC output and 400w peak whereas a Laptop charger consumes well below 100w.

Real World use - It has a buzzer which beeps whenever it starve for voltage. It is beeping since 4 years saying "overload" whenever I switch on headlights, play music, when there is small load on battery. I don't know what is wrong with it and I never troubleshoot the device to know the fault.
I am the only driver so I never needed it while driving. IMO, try the smaller one before buying this.

Belkin F5L071ak200W AC Anywhere and USB Port (blue) - Buy Belkin F5L071ak200W AC Anywhere and USB Port (blue) Online at Low Price in India - Amazon.in

Or look for Belkin AC Anywhere

Corrections - After my previous reply, curiously I physically checked the installed inverted in my car and found a bas "on-off" switch whose connection were craeating resistance to current making the internal circuit confuse and initiating alarm/auto shut of device. I just bridge the switch terminals and voila.. The device started working as good as a home inverter. I recommend using the device If there is lot of laptop charging/ serious powered device charging on the go.

i had one of these and it kept blowing my 12v fuse. Please use a lower wattage device in your cars
