Also to Workshop folks. I was asked for keys to my "creta" as it was parked and had to be moved.

Its also an advantage, you come to know who knows their cars and can be pretty incognito at first glance

I stopped educating on car's name. and also stopped correcting that that it's a tucson and not a Creta, Yesterday after washing it, I was told the charges for creta ( though both are charged the same).

Anyone facing issue like in #251-
      Hyundai Tucson : Official Review - Page 17 - Team-BHP

I had exact same issue, finally HASS seems to have fixed it
Gonna wait couple of days and see if it comes back

Also I found a flat spot on one of the tyres, has anyone encountered tyre issues? Car starts pulling sharply to the left if on front left tyre
My tyre guy is very honest and reliable, he claims its a defect and that I should take it up with Hyundai
Escalated with HASS, they were willing to help but Hyundai higher ups are highly unprofessional and havent been responding to me
Strange given its their flagship model and I faced such issues
Serious defect like tyre shouldnt be taken lightly for a car of its size and class

Theres a flat spot on one of my tyres, after alot of contention , they offered me 2 replacement tyres for 55% of the cost ie approx 16k total
Have opted for it since I have covered a bit of distance with the tyres and understand 100% isnt possible
15k for 2 tyres is fair enough, will check the other tyres and see

Am considering going for Nexen only when time comes to change if its reasonable
Michelin etc seem very very pricey in that size (22k per tyre) VS stock Nexen (15k per tyre)
