How did you infer these two from the paras I posted below. Apart from where the PS3 is listed as enhances ride quality, I don't see any reference to being loud/quiet.

Or did you pick that up from my last line in response to Linea?

Again, how did you infer that? The AD-08s do have excellent wet weather grip as long as there is no standing/stagnant water. Most of the performance tyres aquaplane like crazy, but handle very well even in rain.

Excellent dry grip tyres. Available in very few limited sizes in India. Again, these tyres aren't in the same category as the ADs. ADs are out and out extreme summer performance tyres, while the PS3s fall into the max performance summer category.

With tyres, there is always a trade off. If it's good at one thing, usually it lacks the other attribute.

If Harsha's posted news is true, Eagle F1s are brilliant tyres. They were the first set of performance tyres I put on my Baleno and was blown away.

Haven't tried the MY-01s so no comments.

Hankook makes some brilliant tyres. But remember, every manufacturer will also have average tyres in their line up as well. People also base their opinions on a company based on these entry models, it's only enthusiasts who drive really fast who understand how good a tyre performs.

For the Verna, I would surely get 195s at the least. Also how do 195 or 205s gives you more comfort with lowered sidewall profile beats me.
