I'm really confused as to which one is actually better in terms of the internal components, Specs and sound quality.
I don't care if I have to sit with my laptop on for nights tuning it.

      Thanks guys
Adding a few more points regarding the DSP discussed here. Most of the bugs for Helix DSP pro are related to the director firmware , the DSP unit is Rock solid otherwise. There is a optional volume control remote for 5k as well if someone is not interested in director. The helix support is the best in the industry and they keep updating their software via inputs from users using it. The software support is next only to minidsp who are again phenomenal. Helix DSP pro already comes with optical n coaxial inputs without requiring any additional cards which is required in case of Mosconi for digital inputs.

The DSP pro software is also much more advanced than any other DSP offered in the market, if you plan to tune it yourself

Also all 3 DSP have different sound signature. I would advise you to listen to all of them n then take a decision.

The Helix DSP pro thread in DIYMA is a great information bundle for any probable questions

I am currently running DSP pro in my car and couldn't be more satisfied but as I said , take a decision only after listening to them.

Oh yes I have heard a lot about minidsp but always thought that it might not be that good. Now since you are recommending it,I ll put it in my Considering-List..
I also have audison bitone currently installed and want to install one of the new ones (hopefully better ones). But I don't think I would be able to listen to each one of them .Have only heard Bitone and Helix Dsp.I actually liked the helix dsp and therefore its my 1st pick.Mosconi is also really good and convenient to use as McLaren said.

I have minidsp running in my other car as well. The sound signature is very different from Helix DSP pro. If your are in Bangalore/Chennai you can have a listen.btw helix DSP n DSP pro have different DAC that's why signature is a bit different.

Also minidsp includes the coaxial n remote in the price of 31990 which makes it a great bargain.

True, the Helix is probably more suited to an enthusiast who tunes himself and doesn't mind updating the FW with every release and is patient about waiting for the bug fixes. For someone like me who runs this as a professional business, a DSP that's not stable causes a lot of delays and a lot of down time and each time a client comes and wants us to update the FW, it ends up adding few nice features, but ends up breaking some other bits as well. Also most of the new updates are something that most of us don't end up using due to the limited knowledge most of us have while tuning. It's refreshing to see Audiotec Fisher putting out the kind of support they do. Very few companies take customer feedback this seriously. And that is something really appreciable in todays times. I've always been a fan of AF products, which is why we also sell quite a lot of their stuff.

This can also work for installers where they keep the clients cars with them for 15-30 days. But in India, where every client even for a hi-end install wants to get the car delivered in 3 days flat, it becomes impossible to have downtime. We had a really tough time with Helix DSP Pro that we installed in kanna.sridharan's Duster. The DSP kept freaking out for almost half a day, after the FW update, I lost another half a day just to get it connected. And I had to send Kanna with a tune I wasn't happy with due to lack of time and he had to get back to Madurai. Maybe it's just that I've NEVER had these issues with the Mosconi. And I've had issues with 3 DSP Pros in the last 6 months. Now if anyone comes with a DSP Pro, we ensure that once they are on a stable release, we ask them not to update unless there is a need to. When the DSP runs without issues, it's bloody good!

I've been hearing some very nice things about the JL Audio TWK DSPs as well. Ordering a few next month. It's amazing to get a chance to play around with such hi-end equipment on a regular basis.

Well then I would say that it's just bad luck. I ahve been running pro for more than 1.5 years. Never seen any issue apart from a known one while doing first config after a reset. This is without director. With director they have issue which are being ironed out in new updates. The DIYMA thread has over 100 pages before director came and no one all over the world had any major gripe with software over there. We have sold a decent numbers and everyone is happy so far after its set the first time

Ya, most of our installs have been with the Director only except Kanna's. Will be getting our hands on a DSP Pro MKII this month end. Hopefully, the USB-Audio thingy will be launched soon. That would be once awesome feature, if only more manufacturers added that into their DSPs.

Go ahead with MiniDSP C-DSP. I have replaced Bit One with it and there is a vast improvement, its like leaping generations. PEQ is little tricky than Graphical EQ but once you've understood the basics, nothing like it. I have been using the C-DSP for more than three months and absolutely awed by the extremely low noise floor and warm sound. RAM3, DLS A2, C-DSP and AK4490EQ DAC makes a sweet combo. You also get the brilliant Auto EQ tuning with REW integration on MiniDSP Plugin. Just get hold of a good tuning mic like the UMIK or Dayton UMM6 and you are all set!https://www.minidsp.com/applications...uning-with-rew
30k is quite kickass VFM package! You get the remote included and Co-axial Input is standard. Newer Firmware update enables to control Sub Volume. And of course you have the brilliant support of piyush7243.
