    for the love of gawd!! that kid cannot touch the ground even if he hangs on the side of the bike. I dont agree with the age bar. but being physically capable of stabilizing your vehicle should be the minimum requirement. in case of four wheelers, being able to look over the steering should be the minimum requirement. beyond that, the onus should be on the kid to prove that he can think / react quick enough.

    Judges have become so very jobless in India, they forgot their actual work and involve in these petty cases!!

    Are these cases taken to show high closures??
