The steering is a bit heavier than before, but i guess that is because i shifted to wider tires. This is actually a good thing on the highway.
I have just done about 200kms on the new set of tires. I'm waiting till i complete atleast 1000km before I can push the car little hard to see how good the tire grips.
Another thing I noticed after the tire change is that the lugging capacity of the car has reduced. The car sometimes makes a fuss at city speeds when trying to accelerate at 2nd or 3rd especially after crossing a speed hump. The engine feels like it is working harder to pickup speeds at very low revs (1000-1200 rpm)
    Hope this helps.
Will give a review once I have completed the running in of the tire.
    Cheers!

    Thanks for the review.
For the City, I find the Steering to be Good enough with the stock tires.
It doesnt Tire you over Long Periods of Stop-Go Traffic unlike My Ritz or The Swift.
Yup it does make a difference When you Race with an occasional Hippie.
    Still prefer Easyness.

Hey. I'm sorry I haven't been active on the forum.

I've completed almost 10000 kms with the new tires now, and these Maxxis tires have amazing grip, although i still have to drive them during rains to know how good they perform in wet conditions. And as for the ride, it is still the same. The only slight issue is that these tires are noisy but I am fine with that. The ICE covers up the tire noise.

As for the car, it is running fine. It has clocked 54500 kms now and haven't given me any issues after the clutch sensor problem. Everything is working just fine.

Only one change in the car as the mods go, I have removed the hella fog lamps. Some bike banged my car and i had to change the front bumper, and did not have the time and the patience to install it again.

If there is anything else in particular that you want to ask, feel free.

    Cheers.

Many thanks and good to know that Maxxis are doing fine, just 1 question how do your compare the excess noise in Maxxis with the OE supplied Apollo tyre noise. I am not happy with the Apollo Accelere noise, noise is too much, much more that the engine.

The Maxxis are noisier than the OE tires. I don't notice any sound when I'm listening to music, but if I'm cruising at 40-50 kmph with no music, the sound is quite loud.
If you cannot tolerate tire noise then I wouldn't suggest this tire to you, but I would also add that these tires give excellent grip and are not very expensive.
