Why not?? who do we have ARAI figures then?? Can you define "Magical"??

Its a sensible decision to sell it as if he had for a longer time then it would have gone for a much lesser price, what's the point in having a car which doesn't give FE?? People invest in new cars and burn their fingers and this is one classic case. Either its 10L or 5L car, money is money for everyone.

    Whom are you suggesting this??

I know you are a Verna fan, but this is the reality with the new Verna.

    +s for the Verna:
    Looks
    Cheaper to maintain
    Softer and plush ride
    Hyundai A.S.S
Loaded with safety features and gizmos
    Powerful engine
    Good FE

    -s for the Verna:
Soft suspension means high speed handling can be a bit twitchy
EPS has no feel or feedback
Mapping is linear unlike the old Verna

    +ves for Vento:
    Excellent Build Quality
    Understated Looks
EPS feedback is way better than the Verna
Handles way better than the Verna
Engine doesn't feel too powerful, but won't leave you disappointed
Excellent gearbox, shifting is effortless and fun

    -ves for Vento:
    Limited A.S.S centres
    Expensive to maintain
    Waiting period

You can't go wrong with either of the two.

Verna, if you want more modern looks, comfort, good service and a powerful engine.

Vento if you like understated looks, handling and a VW tag to boot.

That was one of the best comparison parameters I have seen of late. Custom made to suit 555's requirement. Nice one.

camchennai there is no need to get all defensive. A 1.6L petrol car giving 5 kmpl is ludicrous. That's the kind of mileage guzzlers like the Accord V6 and Sonata V6 give. Heck, even crankurshaft's Jag XF gives 5 once in a while. Whoever is extracting 5 kmpl out of a Verna 1.6L petrol doesn't know how to drive. It's as simple as that.

He meant verna is the choice, VW will be expensive anyday

And in positives, he mentions cheaper to mantaon for verna
So both mean the same thing

Go for the new fluidic verna. looks are subjective, but i though own a polo, liked the looks of fluidic verna over the Vento. and Hyundai is much cheaper to maintain compared to VW.
