Should be the new and long awaited Gallardo replacement. I do hope they make it better looking this time. The Aventador looks Awful!! I saw a white one three days ago and did not like it one bit!
Italian sports car maker Lamborghini is planning to unveil/release a new "Super Sports Car" at next month's Frankfurt Auto Show.
Many auto websites, magazines etc have received media invites to the event already.
Online portals are abuzz with speculations on which car it may be.
gtspirit.com says : "A more challenging RWD Lamborghini Aventador with an increased horsepower and a lowered weight or the production version of the Sesto Elemento Concept. Introduced last year at the Paris Motor Show and with an expected release in October it seems to be the best possible option for the IAA 2011 next month, but we have to wait and see."
while Jalopnik thinks it's likely the production version of the Sesto Elemento Concept.
So what do the Gearheads think, which car or rather which 'Super Sports Car' is it gonna be?

Another news/post i came across on Fb - "It is expected to be a race-inspired version of the Lamborghini Gallardo.
Lamborghini’s cryptic Frankfurt announcement suggested that its show car would be red, and last weekend it gave the strongest hint yet that it would unveil a road-going, race-inspired version of the Gallardo when it painted its factory car in the one-make Super Trofeo race series the same colour.
The new car is expected to be the most hardcore road-going variant of the car to date. It will be sold in strictly limited numbers and will be promoted as being produced as part of a celebration of the 150th anniversary celebrations of the unification of Italy.
Several limited edition Gallardo’s have already been launched previously, including the LP 550-2 Balboni, LP 570-4 Superleggera, LP 570-4 Spyder Performante and Bicolore edition.
Although no date has been announced for the launch of the Gallardo’s replacement, Lamborghini is strongly tipped to give the car the Cabrera name."
Posting the image taken from the same source.
Edit : The Aventador does look kinda awful, especially the front, i find it to be a mish-mash of too many surfaces. But then again, looks are very much subjective.

However many edizione specialalzes Lamborghini cooks up, the world always seems hungry for more.
Hence it's latest treat: the Gallardo LP570-4 Super Trofeo Stradale, a 150-copy uber-Gallardo that will be unveiled officially in Frankfurt.
Based on the Gallardo race car, the LP570-4 STS has a maximum dry weight of 2,954 lbs., about 160 lbs. lighter than the standard Gallardo
thanks to repeated visits from the carbon fiber fairy, giving it a 0-62 mph time of 3.4 seconds thanks to the 570-hp V10. Painted here in a
shade Lamborghini calls "Rosso Mars;" the other colors of "Grigio Telesto" or "Bianco Monocerus" can be ordered from the Italian translation
of the Harry Potter books.
Perhaps most importantly of all, this Gallardo is the first Lamborghini to leave the factory with its brake calipers painted red. It's about time Lamborghini caught up with the style of late 1990s Civics.
