Dzire Tour's are available for the normal buyers as well, i.e. non commercial ?

I saw a black Tour couple of days back with a white number plate. To be really honest, the rear looked good minus the chrome !

Coincidentally I also saw a Dzire Tour, it had black bumpers and yellow number plate. You say it looks good without the chrome but what about that black bumper, that looks ugly IMO, the car I saw was following me so I saw that in RVM and the front looks really downmarket with that black bumper. That gives feel of old Indica with black bumper.

obviously if its a "Tour" than it will have black bumpers. I just wanted to know that how the black bumper felt on that Dzire? I saw the front which I din't like and you saw the rear so how was that with that black bumper, and how was side profile?
