      Hyundai i10 Kappa - A pictorial report

1 year, 8800 kms on the ODO on India's car of the year 2008. The joruney has been of mixed experiences.

My report on my i10 Kappa with less words and more pictures. All are from my own perceptions.

Pictures will consist of the following:

      1. Standard: The standard ones on all i10s 1.1L and 1.2L
      2. Variant: The ones specific to my variant - 1.2 L Sportz
      3. Extra: The add-ons fitted.
      4. Small but good: Small thoughtful ones that are really useful
      5. Small but bad: Minor niggles that sometimes make you Fret.
      6. Finally the Maintenance report

Beginning with the standard features on all i10s:

Front end imposing but very common now.

Light EPS is delightful in city and reasonably stable on highways.

common yes, but i can't help but notice some very nice lines on the i10. the line that runs back from the headlamps towards the door. its awesome. the taillamps needed to be more imaginative. it is boring.

the gearlever placement is awesome and very ergonomic.

para_7k : You have mentioned the gearshifts in the i10 as rubbery ! That's a bit surprising. I find the i10's gearshifts to be as smooth as silk Agree with all your other points though

Thanks Kalsank. I always Maintain 33 in all 4 tyres regardless of load, driving conditions etc.,

The car has changed quite a bit now and has covered more than 33k kms. I shall post a detailed report later.

Thanks. For me shifts between 1 and 2 have always been rubbery. 3,4 and 5, I agree are very smooth.
But still no match to the recent Suzuki Gearshifts.

Edit: Some strange stickers on the front and back of the car which are there in the pics are gone now
