      Reducing saturated fats is recommended only for high risk patients. For a healthy person saturated fats is very important. Vegetable Oils are worst than saturated fats as they have high amount of Omega 6 and when our Omega 6 / Omega 3 ratio decreases, out chances of health issues increase. Saturated fats is better than sugar, as sugar has many side effects even related to cholesterol especially LDL Type B.

      For Men most important if you reduce your saturated fat content, then your libido will decrease drastically.

      PS: Keto diet which is mainly a Fat diet is known to reduce triglycerides as it directly burns fats and lowers LDL and increases HDL cholesterol, but that is a totally different metabolism diet.

      Eating a lot of raw food is a good way to get infections. There is a good reason why all cultures prefer cooked food since ancient times. The groups of people who preferred raw food have long disappeared in the mists of time.

      This is great. Also learn Thai kick boxing. Nothing improves your health like getting kicked around everyday. No I am not kidding. Try it.

      Basically you do whatever you want you cannot reduce the number below 160... it would always be around 170-180 with all those extra cautions. THis no is also good and nothing should happen with this IMO
