How much do the strut braces cost?

And what kinds improvements have these mods give you (over stock).

      Thanks for the thread.
Where's the bit about the torque damper?
Also, the throttle body coolant bypass, what does it do? Sorry for the n00b question.
Echoing kb100's question about the strut brace pricing.

      Hey Guys!

Lots more mods coming up....almost on top of stage 3.

@rippergeo: hot coolant also circulates around the throttle body so that the throttle plate does'nt get frozen in cold climes. In our tropical country there is little chance of that, so i have bypassed the coolant flow. Anything to keep the intake temps down!

@kb100: It costs 92 USD at Shark Racing. There are a lot more things i have done to this car of mine.

The bottom line: The owner of the Hyundai showroom where i get my car serviced, also drives a petrol Elantra. He drove my car yesterday & said: "Nothing in this car feels like an Elantra...wheather it is the suspension, handling or accleration or braking. If you ever sell this car, i want it!"

Whew! Ok! I was a bit confused when you said stage 1, cause I remember your car running a lot more than what is listed above.
Thanks for the clarification on the throttle body coolant bypass.

Just added a stage 2 performance clutch from "Clutch Masters" (sourced via Viper) with Kevlar lining (sounds good does'nt it?)..the flywheel has kept stock for now. Must say the difference is rather large between aftermarket & OEM. The car is SO MUCH more responsive now.

Some lowring springs! Please note i lowered only the front of the car. Reason being that i get better turn-in & better grip during accleration with the rear a little 'lifted' compared to the fronts.
