We should have breakfast and lunch in Regular time interval otherwise digestion and gas problem will occur...and continuous seating/Driving in AC for More than 8 Hours surely will have Stomach Upset r ulcer Problems...only Solution is to have a right food at regular time Interval....

Someday you'll get married too! And yes, don't give the Hanumanji type vows as a reason for eternal bachelorship!!

Best thing would be to drink LOTS of water and fresh juices especially if your travelling in the night.
Yes, though all energy drinks give instant energy initially but they leave you very depleted after the effect wears off. A known cause for fatigue which is dangerous. I am against energy drinks, instead, I would advise to halt somewhere for 5-10 mins and have a cup of tea/coffee. Wonder what red bull guzzlers took before it was introduced in India?

For me i eat anything that comes up during the journey - Usually looking for spots recommended by others who have traveled on the route.

Only thing i follow is that if sleepy take a break, if hungry eat. if thirsty drink. I don't like to take stress of what to eat and what to drink. i go with the flow. and in the 22 years of driving/riding it hasn't failed me yet. Neither have i become tired after a 10 hour drive as well. The key is to enjoy the Drive and the journey becomes wonderful.
