Accelera isn't bad per se. We've installed it on quite a few high end cars with 19 and 20" tyres too. Giti user to be OE suppliers for chevrolet back in 2013-14.

But I would stick to better known brands. Having used 2 sets of hankook ventus v12 on my own car, I would recommend them as long as you're getting fresh tyres.

They are good in terms of handling, the only problem is their soft sidewalls. I got bulge in two tyres, and had to purchase one more. The other one am using as spare.
Looking for some economical tyres if possible.

It has been a while and tyre sizes would have been changed, with lots of newer models already launched.
Is it possible to update this list? It would help all who are considering tyre upgrades.

Will try to get the info soon

After lot of searching here and there, went ahead and bought 4 nos. Forceum tyres, size 205/55/R15
Forceum/Accelera are Indonesian tyres. Since they cost comparatively less, so not sure how good they are.
Got it for 3600/- per tyre, changed all 4 tyres.

I used them(Accelera) long back. After a year of use, the ride quality deteriorates noticeably. No puncture issues. There was a bulge on the sidewall after about 3 years.

I believe bulges are not tyre specific. I got bulge in two of my Hankook Ventus V8RS tyre. During my Bangalore Haridwar trip a few years ago, I had hit a pot hole just on the outskirts of Jaipur. It was late, I was tired as Mumbai Jaipur is 1100 plus kms, and was at high speed. There was a big cracker sound and immediately slowed down. Since everything seem fine, continued. Next day I saw big bulge in the front right tyre, and a big crack in the alloy. Got another bulge at another time.
Only time will tell how the Forceum tyres will behave.
