Figures look bit dull. Am also experiencing a slight drop in the power delivery recently. Felt like the power delivery became more linear. Have to test it thorough though. I have switched to sedate driving. May be cos of that.
      Will update you once done.

bro, very urgent....im sure of what i told...last 1000km was driven fully sedately...no rushing at all...then at service they replaced, belt, pulley assembly and cleaned up ECU...can it be, that ECU needs to be taught again or pulley and belt needs to get some work out....before it shot well in 2nd gear to 4th gear...now it feels as too cold to drive,no torque feeling of ford....
good news is 500km after service, still the engine noise is like brand new...

Yeah... That is one part as ECU determines & stores the driving style/pattern.
Will let you know by tomorrow afternoon. Have to find a safe place to do the testing.

with warranty the pulley assembly and v belt was replaced...could you tell what all components rely on these things and what all could have been damaged if something went wrong with belt, pulley system?

I don't have much awareness on these, let us wait for other folks to post their opinion. But if you are not satisfied, I would advice that you visit a FASS and ask them to check it thoroughly.

went for a 5km test drive with dad in morning..he simply said he felt the car is under powered now..not able to overtake at all..i just began to drive in a calm way, warmed up engine..tried to push in 3rd gear..then 4th,then 5th,braked,down to 3rd,gave throttle progressively to full...felt as if i was driving a dead car...
while returning i drove in TEST MODE...
      No malfunction lights.
      all gauge working.
      DTC-680,almost full tank.
FP-98-while driving (Whats this?)..97 when came to a stop at home.
idle-max reading of 752.( odo reading)
Raced engine to full- Alas!!!! 2757.( odo reading)
1st gear progressive throttle to full- WTF- 2758.
3rd gear progressive throttle to full- 2798...62km/hr
      Temperature- 81 C

in conclusion engine is dead at 2.5k rpm mark...no matter how hard we try...i did not dare to over stress..i'm convinced something is wrong...my doubts,,oh God,,turbo charger issues??engine runs so smoothly till 2.5k rpm...no shooting how hard we try...by shooting i mean that turbo kick and lift off....it's NOT THERE...

Take it to ASS immediately. Go for thorough test drive while connecting the Laptop.

Looks like the engine has gone into protective limp mode and it must have done so for a reason. Please take it to FASS and report back what the issue was.

But some warning light should have glowed in that case, isn't it?

Turbo starts acting too early in the Figo, 2.5K is too late, if its turbo failure than you should feel it at lower RPMs for say at around 16-1700.

As everyone suggested, take to FASS ASAP
