My car does have some body noise but the noise is coming from the wooden furnitures inside the car and nothing from the body panels or suspension. I dont do rally style driving. On the motorways I hear only wind and tyre noise.
Bad roads are tricky to drive on but avoid driving into potholes. If you must, drive at walking speed to save your suspension. My car still has the original shocks from the factory and it still gives me a smooth ride.
The finest car can be ruined by abuse, so driving style is the key.
Only cheap mineral oil is available in containers in India. All good passenger oils are available in 1,3,3.5,4,5 litre packs only.

You really need to drive in India before I reply to the method of driving you suggested. When is your next visit scheduled?

I dont buy in large containers. I get them in 4 or 5 liter cans. Last time I bought 4 cans of castrol Edge in one box and I call that bulk. I am aware of the bad roads in India but they also have nice motorways there.
Norway has the worse roads in Europe. There are only 400 km of motorways in Norway and the rest are highways and most roads are paved.
Azerbaijan, Surinam, Albania, Indonesia, Ivory Coast, Pakistan, India og Etiopia have the same road standards as Norway.

In that case even I bought quite a few (read six 3 or 4 litre cans) of engine oil. I just need to start sticking to one single brand henceforth.

Even though the picture your shared shows a bad patch of road, I hope you are aware that we don't have bad patches. We have innumerable craters and pits within the cities. Quality of highways have drastically improved though.

I had a Ford Figo run 1,20,000kms in 3 years before I sold it. Engine was perfectly fine, it's other issues were not. When the roof started rusting, I sold it.

Hi friends. I need a help from you guys. I bought an used figo tdci 2010 model which done 69000 kms. Now I noticed that there is white-bluish smoke on every cold start, not with engine idle, but when accelerates on cold start, large amount of smoke is coming. There is visible white smoke from the oil inlet hole and dipstick too in cold starts. After engine heats up, it will disappear. Guys please tell me what will be the possible causes. I think there is consumption of oil also. Please help

      I'd go with the below:

That quite a common figure for cars in Europe.

Visit any Skoda service centre and see the Synthetic Oil in 200 Litre drums.
