Today only I have just changed to dual set up Bosch Windtone Horns..The guy at the accessories center told that Figo's battery is quite big and doesn't require to put relay as stock relay is sufficient enough to give the required juice.

I insisted several times for relay but after fitting and checking he said that I would have recommended if this was not giving the proper sound.. Even I also find the sound is coming pretty good..lets see in coming days..

So only cutting of wires and fitting of horns downwards to avoid rain waters damage to horn(not sure if that will really work).. Done in 20 mins and I was ready to go..

Any comments and recommendations please for relay or any other things??

You don't need to add another relay and more connections. I removed the single horn and fit dual tone horns from a Volvo in my car. I used the stock relay and wiring and plugged in the new horns.

So you had to splice the stock horn wires to connect the after market horns? Don't we have Ford specific connectors that are available in the after market that can be used for such cases?

Loose connectors should be available from the dealers.

Hard to source locally. Found on eBay UK.

The connector is of the type junior power timer (JPT)

Yes. I am not aware that Ford specific connectors also available in the market. However normally these car galleries have same thing for every car.
