      Car ChARacters - Whats your pick ?

      Cars of different Origins possess capabilities of different types. However each one of us have a special liking for some characteristics.
      Do poll in on what type of car you like and do post on 'why' do you like that too.

      Here are the Options;

      Option 1: American Cars - Space, Power, Reasonable Build, however generally poor on Mileage and upkeep costs range from above average to high. Example: Chevy's, Ford's

      Option 2: European Cars - Build Quality Stands out, Handling, Dynamics, Braking and Safety take top spot and quite good on power too. Very high upkeep costs, typically need to be baby'ed in our conditions. Example: VAG Group (Audi / VW / Skoda), BMW, Renault

      Option 3: Japanese Cars - Fast, Frugal, Cheap and Mod Friendly too. Tin can Build and not so great Handling Capabilities make them number one choice for a typical street / drag racer. Example: Suzuki, Honda, Toyota

      Option 4: Non Jap, Asian Cars - Cheap, Feature rich, typically redefine Value for Money, Make decent power plants, but rest of the aspects are really not Race-Worthy - Esp Ride, Handling and Dynamics. Upkeep costs tend to border on Average and above Average. Example: Hyundai, Ssangyong

      Option 5: Indigenous Cars - In our Case, Indian Made Cars. Built for our Country - Cheap to Own and Cheaper to Buy. Lack Brand Value but make excellent work horses. Upkeep costs can range from Industry worst to Reasonable (More to do with R&D of the Cars). Example: TATA, Mahindra

      Yes, it is. Renault was the third biggest European automaker by production behind Volkswagen Group and PSA and the ninth biggest automaker by production in the world

      I know their origin. But isn't the Pulse just a Micra with Renault badge?

      Yes, and Scala is just a rebadged Sunny, but they also have Duster, Fluence & Koleos - all of them Renault products.
