      It looks good than any of these forcibly converted hatches to sedan!!! It would be a hit provided it keeps its pricing intelligently. And as our GH guru Jack Sparrow has right said with the 1.2 TSI motor this maybe a reality.

      Although it looks better than the other CS's on the market. It isn't quite the looker compared to many other cars.
      Pricing will be key for VW on this.
      Does anyone know if #Skoda will bring a Rapid CS after this if it does arrive ?

      Highly doubt this.
      The newly launched Vento TSI is well over 1L over the Highline. Even if you subtract 50K for the DSG, it would still leave the CS at the threshold of the normal Vento.

      Also, the central hump in the Vento/Polo leaves little room for the middle guy, so a further shortened base in the CS would be even worse. The Indian buyer is a sheep, but a fat sheep; and Amaze and Sail Sedan are pretty wickedly spacious.

      However, if VW decide to quit on the MPI, and realign themselves as:
      Polo - CroosPolo - Vento CS / Polo TSI - Vento Diesel - Vento TSI DSG, the plan seems sensible.

      To me, this seems too much work. The Vento is finally gaining recognition, maybe not by sales but atleast with age, and altering it again and dropping in another similar product leaves the customer gasping, and not in a good way.
