Hella Red Grill. DocZ and tadukuttan are running them on their Cruze. You'll have to remove the bumper to install them though.

Do you need a relay to install these? or is it a direct plug and play with cars having dual horns already?

You need to get a relay I think. Guess Tadu had written a thread about it in the Cruze section.

A accessory shop guy told me that we can fix these horns directly without a relay. I think he mentioned for the Hella panthers little smaller than the Red Grills.

Even I have the hella red grill and it was fitted with out a relay at the stock locations. One behind the grill and the other towards the left wheel.

Not that great a pair. You are better off buying the red grills or even better, the black grills. Red grills cost around 1.4k and the black ones 2.2k.

I am running the red grills and they're good enough for most needs. Would recommend to retain the stock horn as well.

EDIT: I would surely add a relay for the red and black grills.

Hella Red Grill is very good. I had used it with Hella relay and a toggle switch to choose between the stock horn and the red grill. I used to use Red Grill only in highways.
