FORScan - Fully functional free OBD2 scanner software for Indian ford Figo/Fiesta

As the title said, FORScan is a fully functional free scanner software for fords, especially the Figo and the classic Fiesta.

Screenshots for 1.5TDCi(Global Fiesta and ECOSport) here - FORScan - Fully functional free OBD2 scanner software for Indian ford Figo/Fiesta

Adapter Support - I used an OBDLink MX - ScanTool.net LLC - OBDLink MX Bluetooth Scan Tool - OBD-II Adapter | ScanTool.net - ScanTool.net . If you have a cheap chinese clone, then you might need to some tweaks in the OBD adapter to connect to the different buses that the tool needs to connect to. Their forums have info on how to connect a physical switch to switch between HS-CAN and MS-CAN buses etc. With an OBDLink MX, the switching is automagic. If you cannot afford to buy an OBDLink MX, ask me and I might be able to help you use your chinese clone with this...

Here are some screenshots that show its awesomeness, when connected to a Figo TDCi.

riyaz_cobra You should get it to work, and then folks from Chennai will have a helping hand when it comes to their fords. Of course, will help with your Figo as well.

Just ordered a Vgate elm327 I car II for my Ford classic yesterday. My question to all the experts in this field whether forscan and other scan tools will work with it? I just saw this thread today else would have taken suggestions from the experts here before buying the obd scanner. Anyways now since it has been ordered nothing can be done.

You'll never know until you try it. Download the software from the links provided and see if its working.

Else put up screenshots of the issue and tadukuttan will help you with it.

All clones I have tried can connect to the PCM(ECU) and IC(Instrument Ckuster). As for ABS and Airbag modules, not sure which bus they are on, but you can always open up the adapter and do a manual switch. Something like this - FORScan forum View topic - How to access MS CAN bus using FORScanV2 and modified ELM327

Just google for HSCAN MSCAN forscan switch and you will get more results and information.
