on 19th evening I filled diesel and the tank was around 1/4 th level . After that and driving for a km got the 'blinking glow plug sign'' contacted members of vw whatsapp group, with help of Rahul was able to identify the problem.

It was P0299 ERROR CODE. related to turbocharger. So took the car to service centre on the same evening but after switching off the sign vanished so took the car home .

on 20 th afternoon was driving and after 5 mins of driving got the warning , so returned home parked the car and I took the chevy spark.

On 20 th evening I drove the car for 40 kms to check if the light comes again after just checking the hoses and plugs around turbo.. The car ran fine and no light came up.

Recently I have replaced the 'pressure convertor '' on the turbo...

What iam confused is ,,is it just some loose pipe/hose or is it serious...

This looks likely to be the reason.

Why? Is the hose damged? Any malfunction or any other issues with it? You had recently changed it, right?

Car went for 1,20,000kms oil service.

Actual odo was 94500kms. Also a week ago randomly got 'blinking glow plug' warning. When checked using obd2 it said P0299 error ,which is related to underboost of turbo. So took car to ASC , also i had only 400kms for service.

Total bill came to 50,000 rs, because of timing belt replacement.

There was a crack on the turbo hose ,so it was replaced.

      COST,

      Labour,

      1. Maintenance 3200

      2. ac and interior clean --1000+2500 , one has to get both the packs ,they dont allow to chose only one . I think ac is high.

      3. timing cover---- 420

      4. toothed belt---2200

      5. tension pulley---900

      6. ribbed belt----750

      7. brake pads----530

      8. inter cooler---1040

      9. fuel lid actuator-- 530

So labour with taxes comes at 12,000rs.

      PARTS COST,

      Edge synthetic oil--- 4320

      lub spray------350

      filter element----480

      brake lining----1800

      Turbo hose-----7350

Fuel lid actuator ( italy) ---2500

      screw-----200

      air filter----405

      fuel filter----2150

      pollen filter----610

      Timing belt repair kit----10900

      tensioner---5300

      ribbed belt(germany)---400

      bolt---135

      screw--- 150

      Total 37,000

So the total bill is 41,000(parts and labour) +9000 taxes = 50,000rs

What does timing belt repair kit means, didnt got any old parts with this?

That is damn expensive. Timing belt seems to be the collateral damage

Most parts are imported,, if made in india the cost would be 20-30 k.
