Indigo XL grand 16V twincam weird sound

Bought used Indigo XL grand petrol. Driven about 22860 kms while test driving engine was silky smooth extremely quite to an extent that you will not even know that engine is running from inside or outside Unless you look at rpm Needle.
After about a week of 700kms driving. Engine started misfiring. And today I am getting this rattling sound sound as if something is there in exhaust pipe. Noise goes away when rpm is risen to above 2K. Trying to figure out source of noise.here is the video I recorded can be heard very prominently from inside of car or from under.here is the video I recorded from my phone.

Sounds like a loose exhaust or a loose baffle plate in the silencer box. Take out the box and shake it. If the baffle plate is loose you need a new box. If the exhaust is touching some place on the body, you can take them off the car and reinstall. Fit loose and tighten the bolts only when you are sure that it wont touch the body anywhere.

Took it to two different Independent Garage both confirm bad/clogged/broken CAT. one garage suggested he will open clean and refit cost 200Rs.
other garage suggested Catalytic converter should be replaced. cost approx 8K.

No need to change the CAT, I believe it needs a small inspection and a small weld.

He means the catalytic converter. This is the first box on the exhaust pipe. Its filled with a ceramic core and these could have come loose.
