well...it seems you have checked rechecked all possible things....golden rule in such cases go back to basics. Fuel(quality as well as flow), spark(elec),spark plug gap, compression, exhaust(check blockage of exhaust port),tyres and pressure, size of tyres, free movement of all moving parts etc. Plz let us know your findings as this is something intriguing. Also for your 300 kms covered whats the consumption of fuel?

Please check ignition timing since most of the parts are new. If the timing is slightly retarted you'll lose pickup.

Also check if there is sufficient lubrication of engine and try increasing the 2T oil flow since the engine is rebored.

After rebore i just driven 300kms only slowly,
But due to lack of torque and sound i frustrated n rasied full throttle (80%) upto 100 km/h,

But i feel some slap noise now

I agree with bakumar...the ignition timing is retarded thats why low pickup...and out of frustration using full throttle is like hammering of piston making it slap against the cylinder wall. Also you may like to check correct fitment of piston pin and correct side of piston toward exhaust port(check there should be arrow on piston crown which should face the exhaust port) other way round fitment of piston will also result in low pickup and piston slapping(although very bleak chance of this happening)

While checking the piston, please also check once again if the rings are of the correct size. Any difference in size (smaller) or imperfect mounting could result in loss of compression and power.

      1) clutch slippage?
      2) Are you running with stock RX100 sprockets (15x39)? RX100 has the highest ratio sprocket across RX family and anything that is swapped (16 from 135 or 34/37/38 from 135 4 speed/RXG/135 5 speed) will drop the acceleration
      3) Running on premix or autolube? What is the premix ratio? Too much 2T will make the AF ratio lean and affect the performance
      4) Any modification in silencer core (flute)? I felt the acceleration drop with fully open core
      5) Hope you checked the coils on bench (there's a simulator bench available with electricians) If so, check for proper earthing in bike
      6) Any change in timing?

I doubt the carburetor to be the culprit. Where are you from?
