Iam not telling they are bad, just not enough to praise them as great, fuss free etc etc.

Yesterday got feedback call from toyota dealership. They asked about the delivery process,1000kms service. Told the complaints . Then they asked about any memorable thing during purchase, which i said nothing really. But later i remembered that they gave a sapling, which was nice.

She asked memorable thing about 1000kms service for which i said nothing and will see after the the 5000km service. Regarding omission of details in service invoice, she said the new one will be sent via post.

Toyota dealers have tie up with the local ITI and recruit from there , this is according to toyota india's policy. This helps them get toyota oriented recruits for them, they fund selected students and get them to work for them. This helps uniformity and one of the reasons for toyota service being better.

The wheel arches are naked, is there chances of rust forming here?

Congrats for getting an Innova and sorry for the late wishes just saw the thread. Wishing you happy ownership

Regarding this, No rust would be there but as a preventive you can do 3M Anti rust coating.

Will drilling holes for number plate on the metal body create rust on long term? or should one use double side stickers?

I don't think that drilling holes for number plate would create any rust.

As long as it is painted it shouldn't rust. As suggested by AMG Style, its better to get 3M Anti rust coating which will be a rubber based polymer sprayed on such areas & the underneath body.

Why do you need to drill holes for number plates ? There will be factory provision with respective screws in the body No ?

Just get the 3M coating. It's inexpensive. And if nothing else, at least it makes the wheel well look uniform and pleasing.

Doesn't the Innova already have a provision for number plates?

Anyway, please avoid drilling holes in your car at all costs.

Better to use one post for replying to multiple posts in a single thread.

Rumour-- Innova gx and vx to get additional features. Hexa sales maybe the reason. Except for z variants none of the crystas stand against hexa xt/xta. So maybe toyota finally understood that they cant sell barebone crystas.
