I had one almost 9 years back. But unfortunately it is not there with me. It has saved our family once.

Today evening took the plunge and replaced the center exhaust assembly and the rear assembly at home. I was little worried about lifting the car enough to get adequate space work and most importantly remove the old parts which went of well and as planned....took me around an hour to do it. Though I am not very happy with the build quality of new muffler but cant help it as only one shop had this last piece. This rear muffler may not last much(the old one lasted for 4 years) After the installation all the noises have disappeared and the car is running very smooth and happy with the performance. Here are few pics-

Day before I found the coolant level dropping suddenly in my car after my wife came back home, I was shocked to see the level dropping below minimum level in a short drive of 4 kms, on checking everywhere again no trace of coolant any where....puzzled and frustrated I decided to dispose off the car, when my son said ...."Dad look here, there's some dried up coolant at the side of coolant surge tank....and on checking I not only found dried coolant at the joint portion of coolant surge tank but also at the bottom of the tank. I immediately called up the dealer and asked him if he has a coolant tank, which he denied. Now I wanted to give one final go at it as I was able to understand the "Mysterious coolant loss"....I needed a new coolant surge tank. The hunt began, called up few people...and got the lead that I might find in a car scrap yard. Went to a known place and tried my luck but - negative. On my way back I saw a huge parts store called" Rajdhani Spares" at Nashik Phata...stopped and asked....he said - yes!!!! what a pleasant surprise.... although he heavily overcharged me but I needed one. paid 850/- and came home....I also wanted to check the fitment of thermostat so I opened the elbow and I was right - it was fitted wrongly....now I dont know how and when it was placed in opposite direction as while changing it I had taken pics and fitted back as per the pics. I am also surprised that for so many years how did the car ran...perhaps it was due to short runs or distances. Also there was perpetual loss although very negligible which I learnt to live with it. I removed the thermostat and changed it's direction, fitted every thing back....replaced the coolant tank, poured coolant....and started the engine till radiator fan kicked in. This time I could see the coolant level going up in the tank and suddenly dropping down and again rising and dropping....I knew I am done. checked every place...no leaks....this time also checked all joints by spraying detergent water on them...and found all well. Actually the old tank had developed a microscopic crack, due excessive pressure built inside half the system as thermostat was opening very late, which was allowing the coolant to escape in the form of steam thus resulting in level drop. Happy with the progress I changed the air filter, oil filter and engine oil after flushing the engine with engine flush. I poured 5W30 this time...and have plan to replace after 3 months with 10W40. This oil is lighter and suitable for Pune's whether at present and want to use it as cleaning agent for 3 months. I also replaced the wiper linkage as the old ones had lot of play. This was a straight job did not took me much time, more time was invested in properly cleaning the bay. It was a well spent day and really enjoyed doing up the old work horse.

After all the work was done, carried out ECM resetting and Idle Relearn Procedure.... Took a test drive of around 10-12 kms. No leakage, no heating issue, no oil leakage. Engine performed excellently and am very happy with its performance.
