Time to post a review of the interceptor of first 3 months of Ownership.

I will start with the Pros first.
      • I was always fan of a retro looking bike which can offer performance, ask me why? It's my liking to look that way, and performance is always something I wanted to enjoy on highway which can provide enough adrenaline to stay awake always. Found both in Interceptor in my affordable budget.
      • The way it accelerates, just awesome. Every time I ride I feel joyful
      • Overtaking is a breeze at any time anywhere
      • Handling in high speed (read triple digit speed) is just unexpectedly good, can dribble few trucks in 120 KMPH
      • Cruising above 100 KMPH, again effortless
      • FE is a plus in this type of a bike, I get consistently 30 KMPL + in highway cruising avg 100 KMPH

      • Easy to clean, Service network coverage is better than any performance bike in India, Not praising the RE service at all but the service centers are easily available.
      • Braking is superb, tyres are grippy as well, 100 to 0 is very short and crisp, dual channel ABS does the job perfectly.
      • Headlight is old school, but the clear lens with H4 55/60 W light up the dark road to cruise at 100 KMPH easily. I am okay with it at-least, not a fan of LED headlights in bike.
      • Heat management is pretty well, had a 450 KMs ride in 9 hours with Break and view of te destination in 9 hours, nothing felt burning my thighs.

Let’s talk about the Cons of it
      • Start with the Seat, could have been a little wider for the driver at any point of time, considering it is made for touring. The seat is narrow, but can ride up to 90 minutes without a break, no way can sustain after that.
      • Foot pegs are positioned in a way which touches the feet in stop and go traffic, It’s not a bike for bumper to bumper traffic for sure, but could have been avoided.
      • A gear position indicator could have been great, I myself cruised at 100 KMPH for several KM’s in 5th Gear thinking it’s already in the top gear.
      • A clock in the instrument console could have been a great solution for following the time. Though could be fitted from aftermarket.

I will let the pictures speak further

Stock is actually great, have done 2/3 changes already, and do not have anything further planned yet.

      1. Indicators are borrowed from Thunderbird
      2. Headlight turn off/on done
      3. Aftermarket Mirrors installed, didn't like the stock mirror
      Thanking you
