Gonna have to disagree there, having owned the Ritz VDI , Innova and Crysta . Id say Toyota is cheapest to maintain for a car its class
Service interval of 5k is pretty much written by most manufacturers these days, even Honda says but no one follows........
Toyota is #1 in India overall if you ask me
Honda and Ford after that and then Hyundai and Maruti

Ritz was a superior car too. Not exactly the same class as i20

i20 wasnt cheap to maintain either

Id definitely buy another Ritz if updated

      I agree with this analogy
Neither company is really the rebadging kind
There is a greater play here

Etios Liva is any day better than that unstable Baleno with structural flaws.

I think all Maruti cars are a shame in terms of structural integrity. They are basically tin cans.

The only two cars from the Maruti stable that LOOKS strong to my eyes are the S-Cross and the Ignis. The rest look like cans-on-wheels.

Thumbs up Would you buy the Toyota Glanza?

I was not familiar of a car called Glanza. i was under impression that Toyota maruti collaboration was limited to Ertiga platform only. looks like it extends beyond to hatchbacks even. thanks for letting me know .

Glanza sales are quite good. Way better than Renault-Nissan badge engineering efforts.

This partnership of Suzuki and Toyota will further flourish with Brezza in Toyota form. Also, since we know Corolla is getting discontinued soon, even Ciaz might come with a T badge.

The extra one year warranty from Toyota for the Glanza and better service experience makes the Toyota suzuki cars better buy. But I think the limit on the no of cars available to Toyota would continue for Toyota Brezza I guess.
