Now that the lockdown is pretty much over, things are coming back to the new normal.

Most shops are open. Traffic is back in the streets. People are learning to live with the virus. Some things are different. Everybody has to wear masks in public or get photographed/fined .
Migrants are still on the long march to home along with their kids. It's a long 1000km walk. Hope they make it home.
Construction industry is starting to struggle for lack of labour.
Gyms have started closing for good. Hotels and airlines are cutting salaries.
Lots of industries are apparently corona incompatible and will struggle to survive in the post corona world.

how many push ups now you are comfortable doing? Should be a good improvement from the time you began.

Well yes. People are walking all the way and some are dying in the process. The 1000km long march and dying is well documented. Here is a sample Two UP migrants on way home die in separate incidents in MP- The New Indian Express

The pushup process didn't go so well. I sprained a shoulder trying to do weights using gas cylinders. Things were going well until they replaced the empty cylinder with a full one... So one shoulder no longer has the full range of motion.

But on the positive side I started running 10kms every alternate day. Running with a mask means I can run so quick, but the sunlight feels good. I avoid running in the mornings and prefer the afternoons to run. Helps to get used to the higher temps.

Hopefully the running will continue unless there is an ankle injury or shin trouble. Hopefully the shoulder will be back in action by then.

We seating at home can't even feel what many others have gone through during the lock down days.

I still feel I’m in the truck, says driver who spent 47 days in his vehicle due to lockdown

Man, you train with gas cylinders
Please be careful with the shoulder. I have a shoulder njury which has taken quite a while to get better and even now shows no signs of really going away. You really are a fitness freak!

I normally fill up my tank about twice a month but since the restrictions were imposed, once every 6 weeks.
