This is a cheap Uni-T clamping multimeter I have. Did well in the tests with readings on par with the Fluke. Made in China.

Any one of these will serve your purpose. I have handled the UNI-T meter and it is well built for sure. As with any multimeter you must be careful not to run current in the Ohm mode. Resistance and continuity is only measured with a dead wire. Read the instructions.
You will probably use this to measure voltage in a car. Go for it. You can also measure small cells like the button batteries, AA, AAA and the 9V batteries.
You might also need a battery charger to keep your car battery in good working order.

Actually the one I posted is also available, but it is freaking expensive and probably ships from China itself.

Battery Down after Lockdown ? | Emergency Start your Car at home | Battery Charging Trick [Hindi]

Yesterday I charged my batteries for the first time in about 6 months. The car had been used mostly for driving to the shop 8 km away and back during the Covid restrictions.
At start my leisure batteries were at about 88%. Starter battery at 75%.
I charged for 12 hours to get both up to 100%.
      My starter battery

      My leisure battery.

I bought my leisure batteries 5 years ago but installed last year and used every day to run my compressor fridge since. Only once has it been used down to 40%, otherwise it stays over 60%.
My starter battery has never dropped below 70%.
